What does that actually mean?

I tried to enter letters and numbers and it let me click over to the second page no problem

IT IS NOT A MANDATORY FIELD, just leave it blank, no one cares,

On the TDAC website IF there is no asterisks next to the data field, just leave it blank

This topic comes up a lot and several people reported rejections on eVisas thru thai consulates (all over the world) when they got that question wrong.

I honestly don't know what the correct answer is but hopefully someone will weigh in about it
@Wannikea ********
didn't you contact an embassy about this?

you can even try again online if you want, there's nothing that says you can't try again to get it to go thru online 🙂

I once had THREE rejections and then finally got it approved (I kept writing the address a bit different until it matched what they had 😛 )

Nope don't be worried at all

That's just standard "boilerplate" language

If your 90 day report is due on the 13th you can file in person up to the 20th without any failure to file fine.

Just go file one before then at your immigration office and you'll be good

@Pete ******
don't bother filling out any information that doesn't have a red asterisks next to it <- the visa number isn't a required field

I think you're asking what TM form you want to use for a 90 day report

You're correct it's TM 47

Here's the link

@Paul ******
there are "touts" on the cambodian side who ask you as of today IF you have a TDAC done. They'll do it for you while you wait, then you can stamp in

Great to hear (y) thanx for sharing that info too

SO it's just like with any visa/extension/re-entry, get the new passport in your country, come back, present both passports when you stamp in. They'll stamp you in on the new one, then you go to LTR office and get the visa/re-entry stamp moved to the new passport

Safe travels, glad you got the answer 🙂
