It would appear that the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (the system that replaces the old TM6 paper arrival/departure cards) has an operational website..
It would also appear in the user manual that this is for EVERY foreign traveler who enters thailand by air or land.
Here's the link;

They have good video about how it works and the user guide is also easy to understand.
Other than the earlier announcement saying it would start May 1 there has been no update
Just wanted people to know it appears to be 'up and running' ๐
I am NOT telling people to start using it, just that it would appear it's actually going to roll out (hopefully when they say May 1)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is set to replace the old TM6 paper cards for all foreign travelers entering Thailand by air or land, with an expected rollout on May 1. Community members discuss its functionality, express concerns about an unclear registration process, and highlight issues such as lack of options for Thai residents, form submission guidelines, and technical difficulties. There are also inquiries about the effect of TDAC on visa extensions and yellow fever vaccination requirements for arrivals from certain countries.

There has been no announcement yet. So most of this is just speculative bullshit as usual on Facebook.

Are you people NOT glomming on to the fact there has been NO announcement about this site being up, being able to use fooled around with OR an official roll out date of the TDAC at this time?

I haven't left Thailand in 7 years. Would I have to register on this site to be on this system before I can extend my visa or can I just continue filling in my old TM6 number?
you did read where I said this hasn't been announced as rolling out officially nor has any information been put out about it yet from the thai powerz that be
- 1st May is the start date being quoted, hence why myself & others are asking so many questions . You have placed the post with some information, so I am guessing you must believe this will be happening redardless of no official announcement? All matters that may affect expats will of course naturally attract debate and all types of inquiries.
I placed the post to let people know it is indeed IN THE WORKS and while they have bandied about the May 1st start date, they have made NO announcement about this website..
I only shared it to let people know it was in the pipeline..
When they actually announce it that's when I'll believe it'll roll out ๐
Foreigners should submit their arrival card information 3 days in advance of arriving in Thailand, including the date of arrival.
Does it mean "maximum 3 days prior to arrival"? or does it mean "within the 3 days prior to arrival"? Or "exactly three days before arrival"?
If someone is arriving on let's say May 15th, does it mean it must be done before the 12th or between 13th-15th or exactly on the 13th? Why are they always unable to write important things like this in a non-ambiguous way?
In addition, name and lastname fields only allows A-Z, so all of us with two lastnames (space) or composed names or composed lastnames (dash) cannot write it as it is in our passport...
I work in software and website industry. It's NOT so hard to do the things correctly... Honestly, it looks like they do it like this on purpose.
It's just another WEF initiative that will make things more complicated for travelers. At least they're exempting their own citizens, unlike a similar version that Australia is attempting to introduce, which will be for everyone (as usual, Australia discriminates against its own citizens). Later this year or next, the ESTA system will start and what a disaster that will be. Finally, the tourism tax (it should be called a foreigner tax because all foreigners will be paying it except for possibly border pass holders) will also come into effect end of this year and will cost 300 Baht for each entry into Thailand.
i think it's not complicate IF their website work correct, this may be a problem because we have only 3 days for to fill and our experience teach us about some website in Thailand. ๐
of course, if they would build a website that actually works, and that is actually linked with the Imm. system, then it will be a good thing.
But right now they require to bring something to show them you fill the form (even if it's in their own system!) and then the form is just a joke: you cannot put Thailand as your country of residence nor can put your Thai phone number (and Imm. confirmed that putting something different from the truth IS a big issue as it's marked as false information in an official document), but you can select as your country things like "East Germany" or "Yugoslavia"...
I did some exploratory testing on it earlier this morning from my cellphone. It doesn't appear to take into account those of us that live here on annual extensions and it's GUI is flawed on the second page.
It really doesn't surprise me as these people CLEARLY don't know what they are doing when it comes to IT ๐คท
Just been having a look and there is no option for Thailand as a place of residence.

I've read elsewhere that only foreigners who have been granted permanent resident may list Thailand as their place of residence. Foreigners who have retirement or spousal visas, for example, must list their home countries as their residence.
I canโt fill in country of residence as Thailand doesnโt figure !โฆ any ideas .. I live in Thailand

I have read elsewhere that only foreigners who have been granted permanent residence may fill out Thailand as their residence. Everyone else (e.g., people with retirement visas) must show their home country.
interesting. Maybe with Thailand as residence we do not need to file.

thanks! in the video it is said that i can submit the information via a thailand pass mobile app ... which i can not find in the android google play store. have you got any information on that app already?
thanks. so i checked the video again an ... and i say they describe that option ... but of course, the video might state wrong or my understanding is wrong. anyway, time will show.
doesn't matter if you're from a country that buys a Visa On Arrival here, from a country where you get in free stamp (visa exempt) OR if you hold a valid visa or extension w/re-entry permit EVERY foreigner files the TDAC
