Do I still need to file a TM30 when on a Non-O Multi Entry Visa for Marriage if I'm leaving every 90 days?

I’m about to move onto a non o multi entry visa for marriage. When I come back, is there any point doing a TM30 anymore, as I won’t need extensions and just be leaving the country every 90 days?
