So if i will go to malaysia and stay there for 1 day then come back to thailand to get 30 day visa then extend another 30 day. I can do that multiple time before november?
shouldn't have an issue getting in by air, they could ask you for proof of 10K baht in cash, proof of onward travel in 30 days and proof of lodging
BUT you should be able to exit/re-enter and get a new 30 day stamp

Thailand DCA (Department of Consular Affairs, Thailand MFA) has updated the list of Visa Exemption (ผ. 30), Bilateral Exemption (ผผ. 30, ผผ. 90, ผผ. 14), and Visa on Arrival (VOA 15 days) as of 09 May 2024 to update:
India and Taiwan 30 Days Visa Exemption period is extended to 11 November 2024 and Russia 90 Days Visa Exemption period is extended until 31 October 2024
