Natalie Chelliah, sorry I deleted your comments in the other post because it's not related.

As I understand it you already have a 90 day Non-O based on being the spouse of a foreigner who legally works here and are wanting a yearly extension. Correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Natalie Chelliah is seeking advice on extending her 90-day Non-O visa, which she holds due to being the spouse of a foreigner working legally in Thailand. It has been suggested that she obtain documentation from her husband's employer confirming her eligibility to 'piggy-back' onto his yearly extension. She will need to present this documentation, along with marriage certificates, to the immigration office to apply for the extension that matches her husband's. There is no financial proof required for this process. Once the extension is granted, she can apply for a multiple re-entry permit.

You would take documentation from your husbands place of employment stating it's okay for you to be "piggy-backed" onto his yearly extension (get an extension of stay that matches his). Then you take the marriage certificates, and documentation from the company your husband is employed at to the immigration office and apply for an extension of stay that matches your husband. There is no proof of finances when getting that extension. But it does require documentation from where your husband works. I'd check with the company he's employed at and see if they can contact the immigration office to get the list of required documents for that extension.

ONCE you get the extension that matches your husbands, you can apply for a multiple re-entry permit so you can come and go all you want and keep the extension date valid when you return.
