So if me and my family come from the United States on the visa exemption or visa on arrival itโs for 30 days correct?
We can extend it for an additional 30 days also correct?
How ever my question is if we decide to pick up school classes for my husband can he get student visa that way?
And my son will be in daycare so I can get a guardianship visa from that correct? And then we can all stay up to a year?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about visa options for their family after arriving in Thailand from the US. They understand that a visa exemption allows for 30 days of stay, which can be extended by another 30 days. The user is exploring the possibility of obtaining a student visa for their husband after enrolling in school, and a guardianship visa for their son while attending daycare. Responses clarify that a 30-day visa exemption exists for US passport holders, along with extension options, but caution that specific requirements for student and guardianship visas also need to be met.
