Hi guys, If my entry stamp says “permitted to stay until 9 March”, does that mean I can leave Thailand on the 9th, or do I need to leave on the 8th to avoid overstay?
Hi seeking some advice. I came to Thailand in December on visa exemption 60 days from uk. I extended my stay by 30 days and was due to fly out early hours tomorrow via Doha. My flight has been cancelled and I will be on overstay from Thursday this week. Should I simply go back to immigration and explain so I don’t end up on overstay? I can’t see me being able to exit back to uk in the present circumstances. Thanks@
My friend has been living on Koh Pha-ngan for 16 years on yearly EOS based on a Non Immi O retirement visa. Due to a misunderstanding and real clumsyness he overstayed EOS almost 3 months. He now did a border run and is back on a tourist visa.
Question: can he convert the tourist visa into a Non Immigrant O visa inside the country at KPG immigration?
My Thailand entry stamp shows that my visa is valid until 11 April 2026, and that the 90-day reporting must be completed by 11 April 2026 if I continue staying in Thailand. Would it be considered an overstay if I leave Thailand on 11 April 2026? Thank you in advance!
