TLDR : Answer Summary
Suzy Long is inquiring about obtaining another multiple entry for her Non-Immigrant OA visa, which expires in June 2020, while currently holding an entry stamp valid until September 2020. Community members clarify that to receive a new entry stamp valid for another year, she must re-enter Thailand before her visa expiration in June. If unable to do so, her current entry stamp will dictate her stay until September. They also mention that extensions cannot be applied for until there are 30 days or less left on the current stamp.

You have a visa that is valid until June, so if you can get out and back you will get a totally new entry stamp good for a whole new year
.
You also have a current entry stamp <- the stamp that lets you stay IN thailand that is good until Sept.
If you can't get out and back in before the visa expires its done and you're here on this current entry stamp that you wouldn't go apply for an extension until there are 30 days or less left on it or about August sometime..
It all comes down to whether the border will open back up for entry before your current VISA sticker expires. It's a waiting game for you now.

if you can't bounce to get another year entry stamp before the visa expires you CAN apply for a yearly extension of stay based on retirement at your immigration office. You would need to meet the proof of funds, and proof of mandatory health insurance from one of the 13 approved thai insurance companies that offer policies for O-A visas.

IF your O-A VISA expires on June 25 this year and you can't bounce out and back by then you will NOT get another year entry stamp.
You now have an entry stamp that gives you until Sept 2020, and there is no "border run" before that date to get another year. You only get a year entry stamp if you enter while the VISA is still valid (and you said that expires in June)
