I moved this post to it's own thread because it has abso-tively, posi-lutely NOTHING to do with the post you put it in :/
I am on a Thai wife Visa and recently got a work permit. With salary 50k. I have 2 years work ahead if me. I have to renew in 3 months time. Can I show them a work contract for 2 years ??
If I apply for a visa based on work will I have to switch to a Non B? Due to covid can this Non B be acquired without leaving Thailand. ??
Will the Non O and NON B both count when applying for residency in a few years time ??

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on a Thai wife visa and recently obtained a work permit with a salary of 50,000 THB. They are inquiring about the possibility of showing a 2-year work contract when renewing their visa and whether they need to switch to a Non-B visa. Additionally, they are curious if it is possible to acquire the Non-B visa without leaving Thailand due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. They also ask if both the Non-O and Non-B visas will count towards their residency application in the future.

in addition to your contract you show that you are paying thai social security (it's a certain form number) and you show the company documents that lists the thais employed to offset your foreign employment, your bank book, and the work permit.
It's a PILE of documents and if you have an extension comin' up in a couple three months you need to go over to the immigration office OR have your HR dept go and get the requirements as far as documentation to apply for a yearly extension based on marriage using employment inside the country
Concerning residency you're getting the cart WAY before the horse on this. My advice is make it thru a couple years of unbroken extensions FIRST before you start thinking about anything else.
