TLDR : Answer Summary
On Thursday, March 1st, 2018, all Thai immigration offices across the country will be closed. However, they will resume normal operations on Friday, March 2nd. This closure is due to a holiday, and it is important for those planning to visit immigration offices to adjust their schedules accordingly. Additionally, some Thai consulates abroad may have varied hours, with certain ones like Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City remaining open, while others, such as Kota Bharu and Vientiane, will be closed. Expats and travelers should verify operational hours of their nearest consulate.

I generally figure out the Thai holidays by observing traffic congestion.
