Renat Valiev posted in an old thread (that I have deleted)

I have the initial Non-B Visa and Work permit. I do not have a visa extension.

If my employer close my work permit, do I have to close my visa?

If I do not leave the country immediately after cancelling my WP, will I get an overstay?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have an initial Non-B visa and a work permit, you can remain in Thailand for the full duration of your 90-day stamp, even if your employer cancels your work permit. However, you must leave the country by the end of that 90-day period unless you secure an extension from your employer.

Please do not resurrect old threads like that. ๐Ÿ˜•

This is how it works,

IF you are on the 90 day stamp of an initial Non-B visa you can stay the 90 days

Whether you work or not, doesn't matter, you get those 90 days, no one can cancel it, no one can stop it. Even if the work permit is cancelled you still can stay the 90 days

You have to be out on/by that day if you're not getting an extension from the employer who you got the Non-B thru

I messaged you the answer when I deleted your comment on that old thread
