TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a 60-day COVID-19 extension at your local immigration office for a fee of 1,900 baht. The last day for this extension program is May 29th, so it is important to apply before this date.

and the consulate of Spain here still issues the unable to travel due to covid letter? Well if they do, get one, and if they don't take the print out of the email they sent you saying they don't issue it and go apply for the 60 day covid extension
