TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about applying for a 60-day extension on their O visa, which expired in October due to having a half Thai child. Comments suggest the possibility of applying for a 60-day family visit extension or directly checking with the immigration office for guidance. It's emphasized that action should be taken before the end of the month, as the current visa status is expired.

I would GO to your immigration office and ask them IF you can apply for the 60 day extension with the form I posted and see what they say.

You have to do SOMETHING before Oct 31st; because you said you're on an expired stamp and that's the day amnesty runs out..

good luck
@Barde******
, remember if you are on an Non-O visa entry that expired you DO use Chaengwattana not Muang Thong Thani for either the 60 day no embassy letter extension or the 60 day visit thai family extension.

You could apply for the 60 day extension using the form from the other post.

OR

You could apply for a 60 day visit thai family extension (if you haven't done that already)
