after that when into amnesty
now i want to go into 1yr extension base on married 400kx2
can be done or cannot be done, im still trying to figure out where is that (90 day Non-O visa) you mention came from, how can you get the 90 days non-o VISA inside of thailand
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about transitioning from a 60-day extension of stay (due to marriage) to a 1-year extension based on marriage after their 90-day Non-O visa entry stamp expired. Comments clarify that as long as the individual entered Thailand on a valid Non-O visa and received the 90-day stamp, they can apply for the yearly extension if they meet the financial requirements (maintaining 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account for two months prior to application) before their amnesty period ends.
