What are the available options? I read something on the embassy's website but some things were not clear .... thank you for accepting me and thank you for any advices

I applied for the DTV visa and flew to Thailand while the application was processing. I stayed for about a month on a 60-day tourist visa. Around day 20, I got the approval notice.
So I did a quick visa run—flew to Kuala Lumpur for a day, then straight back to Bangkok. At immigration, no questions asked. The officer already knew what it was about. I just mentioned I had to fly out to activate my DTV, and she stamped me in for 6 months with a smile and a “have a good stay.”
I am planning to cancel my Non B Visa from Thai Embassy here in Philippines because my contract from my employer has some issues and I would like to travel as Tourist or apply a Tourist Visa again in a Thai Embassy here in Philippines.
Question is, does the Immigration still be confuse and ask me why I have cancelled Non B visa and why did I travel as Tourist? 🙏
Hello, We live in uzbekistan and we would like to apply for a touristic visa but the website says we need to apply to the embassy in russia. The problem is we need a visa for russia. Can we apply through an agency or is there another alternative?
Hey everyone. I filed for a 60 day tourist visum online (I'll probably get a 60 day exemption when I land but that one can't be extended) . Probably due to Songkran nothing happened for ten days. Then a mail came in this afternoon, asking for more documents. I can provide those, mostly, but I'm flying tomorrow evening. Should I still try? They want my flight ticket from Kuala Lumpur (where I'm now) to Thailand and my flight out. The first one I have, the second I can book. But then it gets complicated:
(From the Embassy email):
Travel booking confirmation: Please upload flight ticket from Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur and flight ticket out of Thailand (please make sure the accommodation is covering the whole stay in Thailand).
Document indicating current location: Please upload stay permit in Indonesia.
Now the stay permit in Indonesia is not a very clear document nowadays. But I can see what I can do. But I only have a hotel booked for the first week, after that it's still open. What can I do? Any help is appreciated
(Yes, I want to go for a pension visum after this, but first spend more time here to make sure. Been in Thailand for 4 months last year, in two separate journeys)
🇹🇭 Has anyone experienced “comments” in the Thai immigration system?
Some travelers have reported receiving shorter stays or facing stricter questioning at the border after entering Thailand multiple times within a short period. In certain cases, visa agencies later confirmed that a “comment” (internal note) had been added to the traveler's immigration profile.
These comments are not visible and not officially communicated, but immigration officers can see them when scanning the passport. They may be triggered by recurring patterns such as:
Frequent entries and exits within a short timeframe
Short stays outside Thailand between entries
Behavior that resembles visa runs or long-term stays without the proper visa
This raises questions about how such comments might affect future entries or visa applications, and whether they can be viewed or removed.
Some common suggestions include:
Applying for an ED visa, which is possible if at least 45 days remain on the current permission to stay
If only 20 days remain, it may be too late to apply from within Thailand — applying from Cambodia might be safer
Using the e-Visa system, if applicable
Waiting a few months before returning, to allow the situation in the system to “cool off”
Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Called the NY consulate today and asked for an update on my visa application, since my flight is soon and their processing time is currently around a month. A staff member told me that even if I don't get approved in time, I can go to Thailand as a tourist and once approved, I can leave the country and re-enter with my visa.
Though I suppose immigration could still turn you away when you try to enter.
Just sharing what they said. Don't shoot the messenger cause some of y'all can be jerks lol
