The new TM47 online reporting system for 90-day check-ins in Thailand is experiencing significant technical difficulties, leading to frustration among users. Many expats report failures when attempting to register, with a recurring "Failed to Save Data" error during the confirmation process. Despite these issues, some users have successfully registered and received login details, while others are unsure if the system is mandatory. The online system is an option, and users can report from two weeks prior to the due date. Overall, these challenges highlight ongoing concerns about the reliability of digital services provided by Thai immigration.

I tried just now. My 90 days expire December 17th. So it should be right time to do it today? Don't work for me :-( The other app and online system hasn't worked for me for more than a year. Every time I go there to do it the officer tell me: "will work next time" But no :-(

I forgot to say that getting my password went well. Few hours and they send it to me.
Well, so much for that boyz and squirrellz 😮 It appears that people are now not being able to register on the new TM47 online program and are getting the "Failure to Save Data" error when they click confirm they want to register.
Dunno what to tell you other than try it tomorrow. Also FOLLOW that thread on Asean Now because I'm sure you guys are not the only people getting that error
at this stage they wouldn't and all you're doing is registering so you CAN use the system when you are in the time frame.
It's a glitch in the system, either too many people are accessing it or something else happened. I was able to get thru, apply to register and get my emailed password. Try tomorrow and see what it says that's about all you can do
Tried to register but after entering data and submitting get "Failed to save data" error. Tried on desktop (Chrome and Edge) and phone (Android with Chrome) so far. Any suggestions or I will try again tomorriw.

I tried several times and got the same error message as well. I put in the correct CAPTChA as well.
Yes i entered the Captcha, subnitted, confirmed then the prigram worked a bit and came backe with this error code (captcha was erased when the screen with the error came up.
well so much for the new system. I don't know why it's doing that I got right thru this afternoon. put in the CAPTCHA, clicked apply and got a "check you email"
Yep I see exactly what it's doing now, I tried to register with a different email mobile number and got the confirm button but then clicked it and got the failure to save data error 🙁
" (I cant get ti the TM47 reporting page). When I fill out the info and press "apply" it the asks do you want to register - after clicking "confirm" I get the error message as in the screenshot below.

Remember people the same rules apply for this new 90 day portal as it did for the old one.
You have to have filed ONE 90 day report at the immigration office to begin to use the system, you can file an online 90 day report from 2 weeks before down until the due date. (The thai website says 15 days but it's really 2 weeks exactly)

1. Read the article people. A lot of questions can be answered in the article.
2. Please don't guess if the system will or won't work.
Thank you.

Is the system optional, or do we all now have to report via the online system only? I'm sorry I just don't trust it, and Korat is always quiet enough to go and report without any hassle. In and out in 5 minutes.
Is it a Online 90 day reporting system or is it a Online 90 day appointment system to go along to your local office. Or is it both? I’m a little confused 🤔
click on this link and you will see there is a 90 day online program you can register to use AND you will see an appointment booking choice too (if you are going for an extension etc), along with the TM30 like always)

there is no choice in the online appointment booking to make an appointment to go to an immigration office and file a 90 day report in person.

Is this for Bangkok only or outside also can report?
doesn't seem like it's a different app because when you click on the Googe Play or i-Store icons you get sent to the eServices apps
IF it works should work for anyone needing to do a 90 day report as long as you've done ONE 90 day report in person AND as long as you're using the address they have on file for you (via the TM30 and your last extension)
