TLDR : Answer Summary
The new TM47 online reporting system for 90-day check-ins in Thailand is experiencing significant technical difficulties, leading to frustration among users. Many expats report failures when attempting to register, with a recurring "Failed to Save Data" error during the confirmation process. Despite these issues, some users have successfully registered and received login details, while others are unsure if the system is mandatory. The online system is an option, and users can report from two weeks prior to the due date. Overall, these challenges highlight ongoing concerns about the reliability of digital services provided by Thai immigration.

I tried just now. My 90 days expire December 17th. So it should be right time to do it today? Don't work for me :-( The other app and online system hasn't worked for me for more than a year. Every time I go there to do it the officer tell me: "will work next time" But no :-(

, depends on which step you got error message, but as
@T**
wrote above,

-----

you can file an online 90 day report from 2 weeks before down until the due date. (The thai website says 15 days but it's really 2 weeks exactly)

at this stage they wouldn't and all you're doing is registering so you CAN use the system when you are in the time frame.

It's a glitch in the system, either too many people are accessing it or something else happened. I was able to get thru, apply to register and get my emailed password. Try tomorrow and see what it says that's about all you can do

Remember people the same rules apply for this new 90 day portal as it did for the old one.

You have to have filed ONE 90 day report at the immigration office to begin to use the system, you can file an online 90 day report from 2 weeks before down until the due date. (The thai website says 15 days but it's really 2 weeks exactly)

1. Read the article people. A lot of questions can be answered in the article.

2. Please don't guess if the system will or won't work.

Thank you.

Is the system optional, or do we all now have to report via the online system only? I'm sorry I just don't trust it, and Korat is always quiet enough to go and report without any hassle. In and out in 5 minutes.

Is it a Online 90 day reporting system or is it a Online 90 day appointment system to go along to your local office. Or is it both? Iโ€™m a little confused ๐Ÿค”

when you sign up to use the 90 day online system it doesn't SHOW an immigration office location. ๐Ÿ˜•

Make sure you're signing up for the TM47 program NOT the appointment program to go to the office to get an extension

You want the screen for the 90 day reporting to look like this

Does that mean e current app: Immigration eServices is replace by e above app?

Can It be use by BOI 90day reporting? Thanks!

@Utah ****
doesn't seem like it's a different app because when you click on the Googe Play or i-Store icons you get sent to the eServices apps

IF it works should work for anyone needing to do a 90 day report as long as you've done ONE 90 day report in person AND as long as you're using the address they have on file for you (via the TM30 and your last extension)
