TLDR : Answer Summary
The online 90-day reporting and TM30 system for expats in Thailand is now fully operational. Users can access the system, and many have already reported successful submissions. However, some users experienced initial issues with blank screens and were advised to check their browser settings. The conversation included tips for submitting reports through the mobile app, difficulties faced by those who had extensions or previous reports mailed in, and clarifications on when and how to submit online reports. Overall, the community is optimistic about the system's return and is eager to utilize the online features.
there is no "get back in the system" the 90 day online program is a passive data entry system, there is no sign up etc, you input your data and if it matches what the immigration office has it will click over to page 2 of the application process if it doesn't match you get the error prompt to go to your immigration office.

I was going to do my 90 day next week but did it online this morning after the system was online again and it was approved before lunch. Saved me a journey.

OK can I learn how to do this and do my late tm30 and 90 day report on this? π

If I do my 90 day report via the app on my phone, how do I print the receipt to put in my passport ?
, with a printer :P OR if you don't have one you go find a print shop and email or line it to one of the workers and have them print it for you ;)

I tried online using the website for Bangkok immigration. I entered the information, hit the submit button and got a blank screen. I waited 40 minutes and checked and it doesn't appear on the approved screen.
I have tried a 2nd time and same thing . . . a blank screen.
I have an appointment to go to MTT next Tuesday.

I got the blank screen as well, clicked 'back', tried again on the reloaded screen and it worked.
I am using Safari and I twice submitted online 90 day reports using this computer before the site went down. However, I will look at my settings again. It is auto filling the entry boxes. Thanks.
you have a pop up blocker auto fill, auto translate or something on because that's the only time people get blank screens. Are you using Firefox?

Thanks Tod, for the info, good to know.
I never really understood the rule of having to do the first 90-day reporting in person before you can do online. Does this apply for each year of yearly extension, meaning that you can do online only two times during a year?
you can't apply online 16 days before your report is due :O,
you can do it when you have 15 days (2 exact weeks actually) right down to the due date
Guy ***********
Benjamin Hays I did that February 3rd. and the only guess they could come up with was that I have to apply 16+ days before due date, I.e., they don't know.
Then, of course, they got mildly pissed off because I was wasting their time and ushered me out of the office as quickly as possible.
Another case of "I will never admit 'I don't know'".
yep you have to go file it in person, sorry, something is not matching with what you're putting in the data fields
Make sure you leave OUT any flight number that can cause it to error out AND make sure your arrival departure card is 2 letters and 5 numbers (Sometimes O's look like 0's and 1's look like I's)
I did 2 on-line last year then February 3 this year could not and was told to ask immigration, which I did. They guessed I need to do it more than 14 days before, which I knew was b.s..
We did one 90-day reporting in person last year before leaving the country. Coming back to Thailand end year under our still valid retirement visa, we did an extension of stay in February. Now early May first 90-day reporting after renewal.
When you do it online, can you see if it works or not? Do they tell you if you have to go in person?
Visa renewal or extension of stay renewal (stamp)? I have no problem to do it online after extension of stay renewal

I can never do the first one after my visa renewal online but I can the ones after that.

After renew the visa they said cant do online the first report .
But even that worked well.

I arrived at my accommodation about 5 days ago when the system was still offline. Will my landlord still have to complete this? Iβll be staying at this accommodation for the next 3 weeks.
He definitely didnβt register me whilst the system was offline. Now that the system is back online should he register me or is there no point because itβs been 5 days now?
I just submitted mine now and it worked fine. It is due 3 May and I didn't fancy the 2 hour roundtrip drive.

okay now for the bad news :O
IF you got an extension during the time the 90 day reporting system was down it is not updated in the system (even if you did a 90 day report in person after that)
I got my yearly extension on Feb 24th (the system went down Feb 18th) and my new stamp is until April 5th 2022 BUT it was NOT updated into the mobile app.
It still shows my expiration date from the last extension that expired on the 5th of April 2021. <- meaning I can't use the mobile app for 90 day reporting.
sounds like a visit to immigration for you. 5555 Luckily you're there every other day.

and I filed a 90 day report in person on April 9th, SO the immigration office knew I had another yearly extension.. It just didn't update in their online system :(
does that mean if I filed it in person when the online system was down, I have to file it in person again for the next 90-day reporting? I filed it at MTT in March 2021.
Also I just went into the system and checked the status of a previous report I'd done for someone that was approved after the system went down and had no problem accessing the approved report (y)
