What Are the Updates and Requirements for 90 Day Online Reporting in Thailand?

90 Day Online Reporting

Before you used to only be able to do a 90 day online report from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual due date.

Outside that "window of opportunity it would give you the error prompt after you entered the captcha number on the first page.

They evidently did an update to the system on March 20th and now the window of opportunity is from 15 days before right down until your actual due date.

Remember there are 3 ways to do a 90 day report online. Using the web based portal, using the android or iPhone mobile apps. <- Even if you do it via mobile it is still your responsibility to find a way to print your receipt that shows your next 90 day report due date (the one that looks like they paper they give you when you do a report in person).

TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent update allows expats to report their 90-day stay online starting 15 days before their due date, up to the due date itself. It's crucial to have done at least one in-person 90-day report to enter the online system. Various methods exist for filing these reports online, including a dedicated web portal and mobile applications for Android and iPhone. Additional comments provide tips and insights regarding the reporting process, troubleshooting issues, and clarifying requirements.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Join the Thai Visa Advice Facebook Group to ask your questions, and get advice from others.

Hi
@Tod ********
, thanks for the information. I have never done any notification on person, since I always left the country before the 90 days and then once I come back the count restart. But now I will have to do it for the first time. Do I still need to do it in person to get into their system or am I already in their system after leaving and entrying the country many times?

No, the first 90 day report has to be done in person.

Going in and out the country only resets the day count that you have been in the country. If you leave before 90 days, no report if you enter it will be day 1 again.

the arrival/departure card is a TWO part card :( you give them the arrival part when you arrive here and you keep the departure card part in your passport.

BOTH parts have the same letters/numbers on them under the bar code (Two letters, Five numbers) use those characters that's what they want

Is there truth to having to submit the FIRST 90 day report in person before using the online system? This is what I keep hearing "most" of the time. Thanks

I did one last week that didn't get approved until today so give it time BUT know that a pending report is NOT a report :O If your due date comes up while your report is pending you need to go do the report in person.

eServices is the mobile app that you can do 90 day reporting on BUT it requires you register AND someone from Austria just messaged me saying they left that country OFF the choices of countries when you try to register :O

Now the other requirements still are in effect and failing to follow them will affect your ability to do a 90 day online report.

-You MUST have done at least one 90 day report in person (or by mail) to get IN to the 90 day report database :O

-If you're using Chrome turn OFF pop-up blocker and auto translate (it hangs the system).

-Do NOT put in any flight number information (it is not required and I have seen it cause the system error)

-You can't have changed passports INSIDE the country without doing another 90 day report in person to get the new passport sync'd with the OLD arrival/departure card number There is some glitch that makes the system not recognize your new passport and the old TM6 even if you went and got the stamps moved to the new passport. :/
