Do you need to maintain 400,000 Baht in a bank account after getting a Non-Immigrant O spousal visa extension in Thailand?

if you are on a Non-Immigrant O spousal visa do you need to keep the 400k in the account after you get the extension.

I got my extension in early May and have used most of the money in the account and brought it below 400k since then.

I planned to load that specific account up with 400k plus Baht again 3 or 4 months before my next extension.
