if you are on a Non-Immigrant O spousal visa do you need to keep the 400k in the account after you get the extension.

I got my extension in early May and have used most of the money in the account and brought it below 400k since then.

I planned to load that specific account up with 400k plus Baht again 3 or 4 months before my next extension.

TLDR : Answer Summary
After obtaining an extension for a Non-Immigrant O spousal visa, there is no need to keep the 400,000 Baht in the bank account. The requirement is only to maintain this amount in the account for two months prior to applying for the extension.

There is no requirement that you keep the 400K baht in the bank account after you get a yearly extension based on marriage issued.

The seasoning is specific and just states the 400K baht needs to be in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply for the extension
