Can I Report My 90-Day Check-In Online for Non-O Visa in Thailand?

Is there any use in the online reporting? I've heard very mixed messages about its effectiveness, as in the site actually working.

I'm on a Non-O based on marriage. My next check-in date is April 22nd but we both want to go today.

If I can do it online, it saves us the hassle of driving there and going through checkpoints etc. It would be nice if I can just check in online. I'm actually working on it right now.

Thanks for any tips.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question revolves around the effectiveness of online 90-day reporting for Non-O visa holders in Thailand, especially amidst mixed messages regarding its functionality. The discussion reveals that while 90-day reporting is currently waived until April 30th, individuals can still complete the report online if they have done it in person previously. Users have shared both successful online experiences and issues faced during the process, highlighting varying opinions on the system's reliability.

As Tod has said already and numerous times before...90 day reporting has been waived until the 30th April. That probably means the website application is not being monitored - as the staff are deployed elsewhere and covering for others who are probably ill. It's advantageous to yourself not to report. You get some free days.

Hang about, saying that the 90 day reporting is waived and speculating without a shred of proof that the immigration staff has been re-assigned are two different things.

While it may indeed be waived until the 30th, I had several people apply Friday and get their approvals yesterday AND had people at Chaengwattana yesterday doing their 90 day report (when they were getting their extension),

SO while it is indeed waived (IF you don't wanna do it) you still CAN do it without much issue at all in person seeing as no one is at the immigration office.

Similar situation. Tried to do it online but each time resulted in a blank page or a "please contact perspective immigration office" message.

turn OFF your pop up blockers, DON'T use safari, if you're using Chrome turn OFF auto translate, make sure you have done one 90 day report in person to get in the data base, make sure you're in the window when you can use the online programs, use the calendar to select dates, and don't put the flight number in.

If you still get the error to contact the immigration office you can't use the online program :( That leaves in person OR by mail if your office accepts it

At this time 90 day reports are waived and you don't have to do them until the 30th (when the government will tell people when to report next) OR

You can use the online 90 day report web-portal at the immigration website here

you can report online IF you've done one 90 day report in person and you're between 15 days before and 7 days before your actual due date.

So you are on a yearly extension of stay from the immigration office based on marriage to a thai and you have your next 90 day report due on the 22nd of April right?
