The medical insurance requirement for OA visas has not come into effect as of now. Although the Thai cabinet passed the rule, there have been no further updates from the government regarding its implementation.

OPNope, Frank it did not. In fact other than knowing that the thai cabinet passed the rule there has been no further news from the government about it.
