the consulates I listed are the only ones in the area closed. If it's NOT listed (like Penang isn't), it means they are open.James **************

Go early! It's good for the soul and mind. If you try and go Tuesday there is 90% likelihood that craziness will occur and you will not be able to extend, which will make you overstay three days.
