According to the plaque on the building it is 11:00. Pick up is also after 2:00. And just to add, all papers concerning your wife need to be signed by your wife.

There is NO appointment system there, you show up one morning and turn your passport in from 9-11:00 and you show up the next afternoon to pick up your passport from 2:00-4:00.

There are no proof of funds for Non-O visas based on marriage.

take the original marriage certificate (with the rose border) <- they want to see it.

you need copies of

the front/back of the marriage certificate

the front/back of your thai wife's i/d card

her house book listing

data page of your passport

lao visa & entry stamp

filled out application with 2 passport sized photos

Those things and 5000 baht will get you a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage

Actually i jave non B with work permit with our business but i could not extend due to time constraint...anyways I will change my non B to non O... married and have children, do i need appointment to walk in in savanaket
