According to the plaque on the building it is 11:00. Pick up is also after 2:00. And just to add, all papers concerning your wife need to be signed by your wife.

OPThere is NO appointment system there, you show up one morning and turn your passport in from 9-11:00 and you show up the next afternoon to pick up your passport from 2:00-4:00.

OPtake the original marriage certificate (with the rose border) <- they want to see it.

her house book listing
data page of your passport
lao visa & entry stamp
filled out application with 2 passport sized photos
Those things and 5000 baht will get you a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage

Actually i jave non B with work permit with our business but i could not extend due to time constraint...anyways I will change my non B to non O... married and have children, do i need appointment to walk in in savanaket
