TLDR : Answer Summary
Musstapha Karachi, a French passport holder with a Non-Immigrant O visa based on being a parent to a Thai child, is seeking solutions to extend his stay in Thailand beyond 23 May after receiving a 60-day extension. Comments suggest limited options due to parental rights and possible solutions like a border run for a 30-day exempt entry or applying for a new Non-O visa at an embassy.

23 May is a long while from now. If the borders open until then, you will be able to do a border run giving you 30 days exempt entry, which can be extended again. Or being able to apply for a new Non-Imm-O based on having a Thai Child on an Embassy or consulate in a neighbouring country. If borders remain closed, you will be able to collect 30 day Covid19 emergency extension with the Embassy letter, on Immigration

If the children were born out of wedlock unless you have parental rights granted as a foreign father by the family court here you have no option to get a long term extension. :( That 60 day visit thai family off a 90 day Non-O is it
