TLDR : Answer Summary
The user originally planned to leave Thailand for Australia to obtain a new 12-month entry stamp on their Non-O-A visa, but their flight was cancelled. According to comments, they cannot get an extension without demonstrating proof of funds, and it is proposed that they should leave and re-enter Thailand via a land border or another flight, as the visa allows for multiple entries, each providing a one-year stamp.

I have been to Phu Nam Ron many times, and only once did I get to stay on the Thai side while they stamped my passport. Normally you have to physically enter Myanmar.
Let's clean up your terminology so people can understand your question.
You hold a valid year-long, multi-entry Non-O-A (Long Stay) visa
You were going to make a trip in June to get a NEW year entry stamp (not to get an extension :/ ) on that visa. BUT now you can't as your flight is canceled.
There is NOTHING stopping you from either bouncing out and back in by land OR flying out and back in to another destination to get a new year long entry stamp. That visa is unlimited entry and each entry gets you stamped in for a year.
MY advice would be bounce out&in NOW to get a new year entry stamp. Then at least you're covered for another year here.
. I've read a report a little while back that it's possible to bounce at this border without physically leaving Thailand, and that an operator there simply collects the passports and takes them over the border and back again. Is this true? If this is incorrect please delete this post. Cheers
