I just had someone who went to Bumrungrad Hospital for their tourist visa extension let me know that they raised the service charge to 800 baht.
That is in addition to the 1900baht they charge for 30 day extensions.
You can get a 30 day extension on visa exempt or tourist visa entries there on Saturday from about 9 to noon, BUT you should call and make an appointment.
They don't like walk ins.
FWIW: They have not increased the fees they charge to do a 90 day report for people. They still charge 600 baht for that. You need to drop off your passport and then pick it back up a few days later.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The service fee for extending a tourist visa at Bumrungrad Hospital has increased to 800 baht, in addition to the existing 1900 baht for a 30-day extension. It's recommended to schedule an appointment, as walk-ins are not favored. The 90-day reporting service still costs 600 baht, requiring two visits to drop off and pick up the passport. The discussion also touches upon the availability of similar services in Chiang Mai and additional locations for visa processing in Bangkok.

they are open from 9 to 12 on Saturday for extensions. You call the number in the link I provided and get on the list. A person did an extension last week and it took them about 45 minutes.
, :/ especially seeing as you have to make TWO trips to the hospital, one to drop off your passport and one to go back and pic it up a few days later :(
Ah, Bumrungrad... I live a few hundred meters away, and have had surgery and 'scrips filled there (they will write for anything and everything, by the way) but they are, indeed, pricey. And they don't care for walk-ins. On visas or any other service. But.... Talk about quality care? Wow.
