TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for providing a copy of the landlord's ID and house registration when applying for a 1-year visa extension at CW immigration can vary. Some users report that these documents are consistently requested during their extensions, particularly for Non-O visas linked to marriage. However, others have successfully obtained extensions without these documents, citing that they only needed their TM30 receipt. It appears that the requesting of such documentation may depend on the discretion of the individual immigration officer, and if requested, applicants should comply with the documentation requirements.

The thing is the way the rules are written it says "OR other documentation as requested by the officer" so the fact that no one else was or wasn't asked for those things doesn't even come into it. YOUR immigration officer asked for them meaning you have to come up with them.

Totally depends. I have gotten many of my yearly extensions at the address I live at now without showing the i/d of the owner or house book, or even my lease, just my TM30 receipt.
didn’t have to use neither for tm30 and when changed visa to non o but we got denied today for 1 year extension base on married , the officer told us to go back within friday if we have them😥 and the problem is the landlord is not in thailand 😫
