Change in 90 day reporting at Imperial World Mall (Big C Ladprao Soi 83, 5th floor).
Before when foreigners went to this location to do a 90 day report we had our own "window" (A2) and it was a very fast process.
Now we take a queue number and wait in line with the burmese, cambodians and laotians who are also doing their 90 day reporting. FWIW: it still moves pretty fast though.
Remember foreigners in Bangkok can do a 90 day report at three locations;
-Main Immigration Office (gov't complex Chaengwattana Road Building B)
-Imperial World Mall (Big C Ladprao Soi 83, 5th floor)
-Big C Ratburana Road (across the river in Thonburi
The main one is open 8:00-16:30 closed from 12-13 for lunch
The other two are open from 10:30-18:30 (sorry I forgot the exact times they are closed for lunch).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for 90-day reporting in Bangkok has changed, particularly at Imperial World Mall, where foreigners now share the reporting area with other nationalities after previously having a dedicated 'foreigner' window. Despite this change, the reporting process remains efficient, although foreigners may have to take a queue number and wait slightly longer than before. Three locations are available for reporting: the Main Immigration Office, Imperial World Mall, and Big C Ratburana Road, with respective hours of operation noted.

Here is Krabi Province -- at Krabi Town on a bad day it is 10 minutes waiting and 2 minutes for the report ... and most days are good days - so no waiting and 2 minutes for the report...
I know a guy whose main home is in Chiang Mai and secondary home in Surat Thani ... every 90 days he visits Surat Thani and does his report using his wife's house address there...
OK. So those screaming girlies behind the counter at Imperial WERE right about the demise of the "foreigner" window when I went last time on 7th Apr. Thanks a bunch for double checking. I was #321 when I got my ticket at 10:30 when it opened and I still managed to get my 90-day stamp before the 12:30 - 13:30 lunch hour. (I believe I've remembered the time correctly.) So had I arrived an hour earlier, I wouldn't have had such a photo finish before lunch. (Unless all the farangs who wait at Chaeng Wattana now start coming here.)
