Pasha Iakhontov asked can you please confirm who can apply for eVisa?

When I apply for visa in Australia I send in my passport and wait for it to be back which is a pain.

As far as I understand only some nationals can apply for eVisa

Answer summary

The eVisa system for Thailand is accessible to certain nationalities. To verify eligibility, applicants can visit the official eVisa site where they can select their passport nationality and place of residence to see if they can use the eVisa system.

You go to the eVisa site, you select your passport nationality, you select that country as your places of residence and you see if it says you CAN or can't use the eVisa system
