Is it possible to go from tourist visa to education visa by signing up for language or Muay Thai classes, without leaving Thailand? I came on a tourist visa, so is there anyway that I can get a long term visa now?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses whether it's possible for someone on a tourist visa in Thailand to change to an education visa by enrolling in classes, such as language or Muay Thai, without exiting the country. Comments highlight that transitioning from a tourist visa to a non-immigrant visa generally requires a valid stamp, which may not be obtained if the tourist is using an amnesty to remain in Thailand.

As far as know, you can not get a visa at Immigration office if you are using the amnesty to stay inside Thailand.

We are not naming Visa agents and therefor I'm going to delete all comments telling it is possible as this is clearly an invitation to pm and to promote visa agents,

The extension stamp from an embassy letter does not count as a hard stamp correct?

As
@Benj****
said you can't get a non-immigrant type visa issued off amnesty you need a hard stamp and amnesty has no stamp.

you said you came here on a tourist visa, <- meaning you bought a tourist visa from a thai consulate before you came here and were stamped in for 60 days correct?
