Okay what you need to do is NOT panic and realize you're a MONTH away from needing for your husband to border bounce. SO give it time and see what happens between now and when the entry stamp comes due.

if when that stamp starts to run out the borders are still closed you can apply for a 60 day "visit thai family" extension at the immigration office for 1900baht and get 2 more months.
