ATTENTION: RUSSIAN PASSPORT HOLDERZ

The promotion the thai government had where Russian passport holders received a 90 day entry stamp which started back on Nov 1, 2023 runs out April 30, 2024.

That means IF you want a final 90 day entry you need to exit/re-enter on or before Apr 30th. :)

It was just announced that effective May 1 until July 31, Russian passport holders will now get 60 day entry stamp.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The promotion allowing Russian passport holders to receive a 90-day entry stamp into Thailand, which started on November 1, 2023, will end on April 30, 2024. After this date, from May 1 to July 31, Russian passport holders will be issued a 60-day entry stamp. There is a question regarding the possibility of extending the 60-day stamp, as the previous 90-day stamp could not be extended.

And hopefully our Russian members have seen this announcement.

Thanks for the update. Any info on whether that 60 day entry can be extended? The 90 day one couldn’t.

nope, nothing mentioned, so I am just going to go with the premise that it cannot, like the previous 90 day entry couldn't be.
