Got my LTR visa today! Thanks Grace from Thai Visa Center and assistant June, you made it very smooth. I first sent documents March 1 and Grace vetted them before submitting them. I was told to expect 2-4 months and it was less than 3. Very happy 🙏

I used Grace as well and they did an awesome job. Definitely the place to go if you don't want to deal with the paperwork. 👍

Congrats! I got my LTR while still in the U.S. and entered with the eVisa. My one year reporting is next month.

, how long did it take for your from application to final endorsement by the BOI. I applied on April 23rd and submitted the final docs on May 15th and still waiting for final approval/ endorsement. I am based in U.S. and plan to apply for evisa after BOI issues the endorsement
Jim ********
@Bipin ******
from beginning to end it was about a 45 day process. Once you get your BOI endorsement letter the Thai Embassy will process and send out your e-visa via email within 3-5 business days. Word of advice make sure you proof read your application to ensure everything is exactly as on your passport. I’ve heard that some fail to populate the application correctly and their visa was denied and they lost their fees and had to resubmit.

Congratulations. Myself and my wife secured our LTR Visas recently comfortably under 3 months with the help of Brian & Mint of Lawyer for Expats (Thailand). It was combined with a property transaction involving a land lease, and house purchase, and Brian (and Pook) were excellent with their advice.

It's an easy visa to apply for online. Did you use an agency because of document translation or complex financials to prove?
Christopher ******
ORIGINAL POSTER
@Todd ********
i tried to do it myself but when i got to the BOI website i got lost and decided it would be best to hire an agent. The fee was reasonable for me and well worth it.
