# TM30 & 90 DAY REPORTING ONLINE
As most people know both the online 90 day reporting and the TM30 online were down from Feb 18 to April 23.
Now both the TM30 and the 90 day online are back up and running but there appears to be "glitches" in them.
For the TM30 web-link, people can enter data but some cannot save it (by clicking the floppy disc in the top right). To try to work around this use the mobile application for iPhone/Android if you can.
For the 90 day reporting using the web-link it appears that people get the error prompt because their current expiration date for their extension has not been updated.
You can check this by using the eServices application for iPhone/Android and logging in. It will show your "status" and if it says you're on 'overstay' it means you cannot use the online system because their database does not have your current extension expiration entered in.
Just a few quick tips about using EITHER web-link;
Turn off pop-up blocker, turn off VPN, turn off auto fill, turn off auto translate, use the calendar tabs to select dates.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 and 90-day online reporting systems for foreigners in Thailand are currently experiencing glitches after being restored in April 2021. Users have reported issues such as difficulties saving reports on the TM30 portal and error prompts on the 90-day reporting system due to outdated extension expiration dates. Suggestions include using mobile applications, checking status through the eServices app, and ensuring settings are optimized (like disabling pop-up blockers and VPNs) for better functionality. It's noted that the first 90-day report must be done in person to access the online system for subsequent reports.
