How do I go about getting another year on a NON O marriage visa (like you can with an year-long, multi-entry Non-O-A visa? Is it possible?

I work out of the country for 5 week’s and return to Thailand for 5 week’s.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your NON-O marriage visa, you can either apply for a yearly extension of stay at a Thai immigration office or potentially obtain a 60-day extension by visiting your spouse in Thailand. The maximum duration for long-term stay on a year-long multi-entry Non-O visa is typically 15 months in total, with visits calculated in 90-day increments. Once your visa period ends, you would need to apply for a new year-long Non-O visa.

But you can also get a 60 days extension based on visiting your wife.

At immigration for 1900bt

And you don't have to show any financial statements.

Search the group for

60 day's extension marriage.

With that you get 17 months in total.

There is no way to do that.

IF you're on a year long multi-entry Non-O visa that you bought from a thai consulate in another country the longest you can get out of that one year visa is 15 months of stay (in 90 day increments). When it runs out you go BUY a new year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa.

IF you're on a yearly extension of stay that you got from a thai immigration office inside of thailand, you apply for a new yearly extension when this one runs out,
