Thank you!!!!! I will be arriving in HCMC the 24th. My plan was to go to consulate the 25th and submit papers for non-immigrant O visa. Does anyone know if it will be possible to pick up the next day on 26th? Thanks in advance for any information!

that consulate has a one day turn around so if you turn in your paperwork and application on the 25th you should be able to get your passport on the 26th without any problem.
