Just an FYI: I was able to go 'self-file' a TM.30 at Chaengwattana with just my lease agreement. I did get an 800baht fine because I entered the country on Oct 19 <- a little more than 24 hours ago :P , but at least I got a receipt..
I know that Bangkok isn't hard core about the TM.30's being filed BUT if the way the wind is blowing they could be at any time.
In other news, I had signed up on the online TM.30 program, using Tod Daniels spelled in thai (ท้อด แดเนียลส์) :O
When I got home from Chaengwattana I noticed I received an email saying I was approved to use the system :/ except I'd just filed a TM.30 in person a few hours before <- talk about karma :O
TLDR : Answer Summary
