I have a certificate from the Swedish Embassy in Bangkok about my income in Sweden. It is written in English, should it be translated into Thai and stamped by the MFA in Bangkok as well? This document is important for my application to extend my visa to one year. Non-Immigrant O.family.

Hello, everyone! I got a question. I stay in an apartment, have reported to immigration with relavant documents, seasoning my bank deposit. Now, I moved to another room in the same apartment. My question now is: Do I need a new TM 30 and contract when I go immigration to get the one year extention? Many thanks.

Quick question re: first 90 day report after getting my first 12 month non immigrant O retirement visa extension at Chaeng Watthana in Bangkok. Does the 90 days start from the date I entered Thailand (Nov 4) or the date I got the 12 month extension stamp (Dec 24)? I wasn't given the little note stapled in my passport indicating when. I also can't find anything official on the immigration website.

Hi, may I ask how you handle the 60+30 day visa? Do you book your return flight directly for departure in 90 days? What happens if the extension isn't approved? On the other hand, I don't want to book my return flight for the 60th day if I plan to stay for 90 days.

Question: I arrived in Thailand before TDAC, but it seems I no longer have the TM6 in my passport. I've had several visa extensions (and done all the 90 days reports) while living here for a couple of years, and its never been any problem. Now I'm leaving Thailand in a couple of days - is this bound to be a problem? Has anyone else been in the same situation?

Which bank can I deposit the money in and get a good interest rate, because I’m planning not to touch the money for years.

Can the account be in Euro, or does Immigration require the money to be in Thai Baht?

I have a flight to Thailand at 15 March

After 30 days (14 April) i will go to Philippines for 6 days until 20 April.

At 20 April i will return to Thailand for 54 days and then go back home (12 June)

** i want to go again to Thailand at September-October for another 45-60 days

Im about to apply for an extension based on marriage .

My wife has two properties.

The one closest to immigration is the property that has her name in the blue book.But we dont like staying there.

The other property which is 150km from immigration is where we spend more time .

Can we use the further away property for the extension by supplying the chanote as the blue book for that property doesnt list her name.

My Non-B work visa expires on 18 January 2026. I have an immigration appointment booked for 9 January to renew it.

Is it okay to apply for a visa extension so close to the expiry date? Are there any risks or penalties if documents are complete?
