TLDR : Answer Summary
The user was turned away at immigration in Udon while seeking a new entry on a multi Non-O visa. One comment suggests that if the visa is based on marriage, the user should apply for a 60-day visit extension based on marriage by presenting marriage documents and their Thai spouse. The extension costs 1900 baht and is likely the only option without proof of funds for a yearly extension.

IF you have your Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai you should be able to get a 60 day visit thai family extension based on marriage.
I don't know why you were turned away, but take your marriage documents, your thai wife and slog on back to the immigration office to apply for the 60 day visit thai family extension for 1900baht.
That's the only thing available to you if you don't have the proof of funds to get a yearly extension based on marriage..
