TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the status of a 60-day marriage extension that has expired and whether they will be turned away when attempting to address this issue. Responses indicate that if the extension has already been used, a second one cannot be granted.

If you have already used your 60 day family extension once...there is no second one.

Confused -- don't some immigration offices allow one extension per entry while others only allow one per visa? (per my earlier post CM only allows one per visa)

You would not be able to have two entries during this amnesty.

Some may have already done a 60 day extension before amnesty. Also some are hoping to save the 60 day extension to the their last entry, shortly before their visa expiry date.

Original Visa was a Non-Imm " O " Multi Entry ( Marriage ) But I Foolishly aquired the 60 Day Extension Before my last 90 Day Permission to remain expired, BEFORE The 2nd Amnesty " Kicked In " & I Was TOLD in NK Imm. NO MORE Extensions !!

you're done then, because you can get a 60 day visit family extension ONCE per entry and you did already.

Now you wait to see what amnesty holders are told to do and then you do that
