Sorry I deleted your post because this is the thai VISA advice group and you can't surreptitiously sneak in questions about how to get married here while asking about a visa based on marriage..

You can try again, asking JUST about your visa options if you want. I didn't ban you from the group, just pulled your post was all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the available options for obtaining a marriage visa in Thailand, specifically a Non-O visa. There are three main paths: obtaining a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa without proof of funds from certain Thai consulates; obtaining a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa from a Thai consulate in one's country with proof of funds; or getting a 90-day single entry Non-O visa and transitioning to an annual extension by meeting specific financial requirements in Thailand.

You have THREE options for a "marriage visa":

Get a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa from a thai consulate that doesn't require proof of funds (Like Savannakhet or HCMC)

OR

Get a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa from the thai consulate in your country by showing proof of funds.

Both those choices will require you to bounce out and back into the country every 90 days for the validity of the visa. (BUT you can get 15 months of stay (in 90 day increments) out of that visa.

OR

Get a 90 day single entry Non-O visa from a thai consulate then meet the proof of funds inside the country (by banking 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months OR by getting the affidavit of income from abroad notary letter from your consulate) and apply for a yearly extension at the immigration office.
