Benjamin Hays wanted to ask about the online appointment. This might be a silly question. I’m going to get the covid extension and trying to book the appointment. I’m currently on the first 30 day visa extension. Which counter should I go to?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Cheryl Quek inquired about where to go for her online appointment regarding the COVID extension while on her first 30-day visa extension. A user clarified that the appropriate counter to visit depends on how she entered Thailand—either with a tourist visa from a Thai consulate or visa-exempt entry.

What did you enter the country on?

Did you buy a tourist visa from a thai consulate in your country before you came here and got stamped in for 60 days when you arrived?

OR

Did you show up here without having bought any visa and when you arrived you were stamped in for 45 days for free?

REAL tourist visa entry - Chaengwattana Counter J

Visa exempt entry - Muang Thong Thani Counter K
