What should I do if I didn't print my 90-day report slip before the online system went offline?

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS:

The 90 day online, TM30 online and the mobile apps associated with those things are still OFFLINE..

That means you file 90 day in person, send someone for you, OR if your office accepts it you mail it in.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Members are informed that the online system for 90-day reporting and TM30 filing is currently offline. This requires in-person filing, mailing, or sending someone to file on behalf. Users express concerns about proof of 90-day reporting without the printed slip due to the system being down, and questions arise regarding the impact on businesses, like hotels, that rely on TM30 filings.

If the 90 day report was done online and I did not print out my slip as proof.

Now that the system is down, I'm unable to get the slip. What do I show as proof? Will the email confirmation be okay?

Sadly
@All***
, no one will know the answer to that question AND I guess you will find out when you go to do what ever it is you need a 90 day receipt for :(

All you can do is take it with you and see if it works or not.

What a tough situation! Any idea what the consequences are for not having the slip?

My 90 day check in is coming up. I will have to go in person since the system is down

@All***
, they could send you to a police station to get a police report saying you lost it, before they replace it or let you file a new report,

AND

they might try to charge you 2000baht for failure to file on time (although I think they wouldn't because you have the email showing it was approved within the time frame you're allowed)

I am curious, what does this mean for business like hotels with TM30 not available online for so long?

In my case the forms are given to an officer who picks them up. What happens after that is the mystery.

Ciaran McNeill Nahh hotel not do. Maybe some do. All hotel I know they don't. They just save the data about guest.

Ciaran McNeill most now won't ask for my passport and ask for my wife's id card to save the hassle. I know it's not right and shouldn't be doing that, but that's the reality now.
