I'm a complete novice to this process... I'm also going for my 1st 90 day report on my Non-O visa due to marriage. (see attached) 

What do I do next? 

Do I do this in Vientiane or do I do it in Udon Thani? 

Can you please advise?

My buddy told me I should do it in Vientiane and someone else told me to do it in Udon Thani...
