My question to you about the ED visa was

Were you on a 90 day entry stamp from a Non-ED visa

OR

Were you on an extension of stay based on education?

I was on an extension. This was my final extension for the granted 12 months of the visa. It expired in July and I am no longer eligible to extend that Ed visa.

I did not cancel myself.

I would take the letter from the school and GO cancel the extension (just letting it run out does NOT cancel it) and while you're there canceling it I'd have your thai wife and the documents needed to apply for the 60 day visit thai family extension at the same time

if you were on an extension did you take the letter from your school saying you were stopping studying and go cancel the extension officially at the immigration office so you could go onto amnesty?
