Do I need to visit MTTT and CW to update my address and apply for a 60-day extension in Thailand?

I am moving from Phitsanulok to Bangkok today, just need to confirm that I have to go to MTTT not CW tomorrow first thing, as I need to change my residents address to BKK.

I also plan to try for a 60 day extension due to Covid 19 issues in my home country, extending my retirement visa. This needs to be done at CW correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is moving from Phitsanulok to Bangkok and needs to confirm the process for changing their resident address and extending their retirement visa due to COVID-19. It is confirmed that they must visit Muang Thong Thani (MTTT) to file a TM30 notification for address change and then go to Chaengwattana (CW) for the 60-day extension application.

AND to see if you can get a 60 day unable to travel extension from a visa/extension based on retirement you would go to Chaengwattana Section L-1

You go to Muang Thong Thani to file a TM30 and you want to make sure you go to the correct building that has Section B in it
