There are reports today that people are being turned back on their extension application because they have the wrong version of the TM7 application for extension printed.
Immigrations changed that form a GOOD while ago, the old one used to have the price of the extension, the new one doesn't. The old one was a word document (dot doc) the new one is only available as PDF.
The correct form for application for extension is on the main immigration website (immigration.go.th) and the bangkok immigration website (bangkok.immigration.go.th) too
Here's the tiny URL link to the correct PDF of the TM7

You want to print it on one piece of paper front to back & as always if you fill it out in ink you want to use BLUE ink not black
Obviously the X'd out image is the WRONG form :P

TLDR : Answer Summary
This discussion highlights the importance of using the correct TM7 form for visa extension applications in Thailand. Recent reports indicate that applicants have been turned away for using outdated versions of the form. The new TM7 form is only available in PDF format and should be printed front to back. It's crucial for applicants to obtain the latest version from the official immigration websites. Additional forms like STM2 and STM9 may also be required in certain locations, such as Phuket.
I take your word as gospel Tod. Iβve never asked a question on TVA, but read with interest & dismiss most of what I read. Keep up the good work. Cheers π»

Not sure if itβs the case everywhere but in Phuket you must also fill out the forms STM2 and STM9 for extensions.
