Will the TM.30 receipt soon be required for the 90-day report in Thailand?

HEADZ UP Bangkokianz

It certainly does appear that Chaengwattana is gearing up to get serious about TM.30's :O :/ :(

At this time <- meaning as of today, a TM.30 receipt was not required to file a 90 day report but more and more sections are requiring it for extensions. My advice would be to get it done, or have your land lord do it online because I think it's gonna be a 'required document' here pretty quick..

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post warns that Chaengwattana is increasingly requiring TM.30 receipts for visa extensions, suggesting these may soon be mandatory for the 90-day report as well. It advises expats to ensure they or their landlord complete the TM.30 online promptly.
