TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai immigration online web-portal and mobile apps are currently down, affecting the ability to file 90-day reports. Users are experiencing issues accessing the portal and have reported an inability to receive receipts or confirmations for submissions. It is advised to try filing in person or to keep checking the website for updates. Those due for a report can submit in person, with a grace period of up to 7 days after the due date, while online filings can still occur on the due date.

So with ONLINE 90 day report not working, I take it immigration is giving no allowance to report later on using this system and we must go in person or attempt mail in?
Ellie *******
You have 15days before until 7days later of the due date to report in person at your local immigration office.

If you are in the window of 90days report online (=from 15days before until due date), it may be too late to report by registered mail. Mail has to be stamped at the post office at least 15days before your due date.

the system is down. IF it doesn't come up before your report is due you need to go file one in person.

Thank you

I did not no that you can file online up untill your due date, I always thought it up to 7 days before. Good to know.

. I am out of Bangkok until 26th, which my 90-day reporting date. I guess the grace period for late filing will allow me to go on Monday or Tuesday, right?

@Raphael ******
you can keep checking to see if the system comes up and file online (because you can file from 15 days before down until your due date online) OR you can file in person up to 7 days after the due date so if you're due on the 26th you can file up in person up until the 5th of March without a fine.

I’m at Phuket immigration right now. They can’t process 90 day report bc the system is down. That may be because I don’t have the paper copy of the recent report. Another guy at the information desk said to try the website from a non-Mac device - sometimes the website doesn’t work if you use Mac OS. But I doubt that’s it, it sounds like it’s down for everybody. And I’ve always used Mac and never had a problem.

Immigration system at Muang Thong is down. We were just told to have the 90 day receipt you received from last time.

If you do not have this I believe they want you to fill out one.

If you come to Muang Thong today, it is best to have your last receipt to prevent any issues.

Well if you managed to submit a 90 day report that went to a pending status BEFORE the website went down it appears they are approving them. I just got an email saying a 90 day report was approved :O BUT still can't access the website yet
Thomas ****
@Tod ********
can I ask, when did you submit yours?

I did mine on on Monday and I haven't heard from them, neither approval nor rejection, Im wondering if I should go there next week ...

@Tod ********
yes I did,

The main immigration site now has a "temporary maintenance" landing page - earlier today everything was running like usual (except for the online forms like 90 days) - so hopefully that's a good sign that they are trying to fix the problem.

You can download the file to your phone as a PDF. Email it to yourself, print it off.
