When will the Thai Consulate in Penang be closed?

ATTENTION: THAI CONSULATE IN PENANG

The thai consulate in Penang will be closed next week on Monday the 24th, Tuesday the 25th and Friday the 28th. Plan accordingly.

It was related to a member by a visa service down in Penang

I didn't even ask the reason (because honestly it doesn't make a bit of difference what the reason is ;) ) I just asked if they were closed Mon, Tues & Fri next week.

You can call them and ask the reason if you want
